Psalm 46:1-3,10-11

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. “Selah”

He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. “Selah”

To me these verses are a reminder to us that the Lord is are refuge at all times, thru whatever storms in the world or in our personal life we face, we should never be afraid. God can handle any situation we face, if we just get quiet give situation to the Lord and know he will take care of it. We have no reason to fear!

Lord help us all to remember who God is; with faith in our Lord we have nothing to fear. When we are in bad situations help us be quiet and listen to feel your arms around us!
